Auction Registration Process

Documents required to participate in the Southern Company Energy Auction:

Registration Instructions:
Auction participants may begin the registration process by downloading the Participant Agreement and submitting the completed agreement (including Annex A: Participant Contact information and Annex B: OATI NDA*) to the Southern Company Services Risk Control department:

Once these documents are in place, auction participants will be granted a User ID and temporary password for a participant administrator to access the auction website and set up additional users.

*Participants who signed an OATI NDA during phase 1 do not have to execute another NDA.

**Please note that ALL correspondence needs to reference the attention of the Southern Company Energy Auction Administrator.
